Co-productions and internationalization are at the core of the Italian public funding system. Italy offers a multitude of opportunities to film and audiovisual development, production and distribution to be combined and tailor-made for the specificities of each project. The panel will explore all possibilities to benefit from this landscape of supports. A quick guide to the National Film Fund’s schemes including tax incentives, selective grants, minority co-production fund, bilateral co-development and co-production funds, support to international distribution, to producers’ training and to access international festivals and markets. A presentation of the regional Film Commissions and the regional funds and the services, locations, studios and professionalities available locally.
